Some customers may notice a slight odor when first using their comforters, but this is normal due to the nature fillers. Simply tumble or air it out to reduce the smell. If your comforter doesn't seem fluffy enough, it may be due to the vacuum-sealed packaging. Tumble it on low heat for 15-20 minutes as per the attached instruction sheet to help it regain its fluffiness.

While our comforters can be used alone, we recommend using them with a duvet cover for a longer lifespan and easier cleaning. The black spots you may notice in your comforter are a result of using 100% unbleached down feathers, adhering to the IDFL Standard.
